Job description: One of our distinguished clients in West Yorkshire are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Locum to join their team on an ongoing basis.

The client is willing to consider candidates available to work either full or part-time hours, whilst hybrid working will also be on offer.

Duties

• Handling a standard caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters with minimal supervision from inception to completion
• Dealing with both sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold files
• Managing paper files

Hourly rate: £40.00 - £50.00 per hour dependent on prior experience (outside IR35)
