We are looking for experienced children support workers to work in one of our reputable children's residential organisations. You need to be dedicated, and provide high-quality care for children and young people.

You will be responsible for providing care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.

You'll be expected to create a safe and nurturing environment.

Assist with daily living tasks, and work collaboratively with a team to meet the individual needs of each child.

Skills

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience working as a Residential Children's Support Worker.

You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, resilience, and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of young people.

A valid driving license may be required depending on the specific role and location.

Job Location

Herefordshire

* **Days:** £12.50 - £16.60 per hour

* **Nights:** £13.50 - £17.70 per hour

* **Sleeps:** Hourly minimum wage or an allowance ranging from £70 to £90 per sleep
