Residential Surveyor

Our clients, an independent surveying practice in Bristol, are currently seeking an experinced Residential Surveyor to join their team on a part-time basis.

They are ideally looking for an individual who is experienced in Level 3 Surveys but it's not essential.

Working hours:

• Flexible on both days and working hours

The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:

• £50,000 - £60,000 pro rata
• Professional Fees and CPD paid
• Equipment provided.

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have:

• Minimum AssocRICS
• Experience in Level 2 Surveys (Level 3 preferable)
• Excellent written and verbal skills

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve the following:

• Carrying out private client valuations
• Homebuyer reports
• Building Surveys – our clients are happy to train the successful candidate on this
• Completion of surveying reports and timely completion of post-valuation survey queries
