Recruitment Resourcer – Part-Time

Location: Hybrid working – flexibility on location and working arrangements
Salary: £15 per hour
Sector: Recruitment
Employment Type: Part-time, 15–20 hours per week (5 hours per day) – PAYE or self-employed arrangement considered.

The Opportunity

Hill McGlynn is looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to support our team in finding and engaging candidates.

The Role

You will support our recruitment delivery by identifying suitable candidates, starting conversations, and helping build candidate pipelines for current and upcoming vacancies.

Key responsibilities will include:

Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and our recruitment database.

Reviewing CVs and assessing suitability against vacancy requirements.

*

Speaking with candidates to understand their experience, preferred roles, salary expectations and availability.

*

Supporting interview arrangements and candidate follow-up.

*

Keeping candidate records accurate and up to date within Bullhorn.

*

Working closely with the team to prioritise vacancies and maintain candidate engagement.

About You

Previous recruitment resourcing experience is essential. You should be comfortable finding candidates, picking up the phone and managing your workload independently.

Some knowledge of construction roles would be an advantage, but is not essential.

You will ideally have:

Essential: Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing role.

Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.

*

Experience using job boards, LinkedIn and recruitment databases.

*

Good organisation and attention to detail.

*

A proactive approach to sourcing and following up with candidates.

An understanding of construction recruitment or an interest in learning the sector.
