ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton Studios operates 365 days a year to deliver both a broad offering of highly engaging subscription content and world-class boutique fitness offerings to our members. We are looking for team members to join our Retail and Cafe Team based in Peloton Studios, London. The ideal candidate excels working in a fast-paced environment, is organised, a self-starter, and can work well with others, contributing to a welcoming and inclusive workplace. Upbeat, hardworking, and results-driven, our team are the first impression of the studios. They exhibit a keen knowledge of our product, services, and company. Above all, our Retail and Cafe Associates are strong communicators who are able to understand the needs of their customers and provide a high level of customer service.
16-hour contract
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
Maximise sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and merchandise presentation
Be a brand ambassador of Peloton Studios as a whole, being a source of knowledge on all things retail, cafe and studio experience
Provide outstanding customer service at all times
Work professionally with fellow team members
Help to maintain the visual/physical standards of the store and cafe area
Appropriately address member feedback in person, via phone or email with a professional and friendly demeanour.
Assist the Group Booking and Events department with any member-organised meetups at Peloton Studios.
Act as event support for all onsite member meet-ups, experiences, and events held within the studio space
Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
Professionally and enthusiastically greet members
Assist members with questions regarding class types offered, instructors, live production experience tickets, promotions or upcoming events
Receive delivered food stocks and supplies, verifying receipt of ordered items
Visual Merchandising of all areas to maximise sales opportunities
Responsible for all saleable items to be loaded to CMS in a timely manner
Fully manage stock and inventory in both retail and the F&B site
Work on elevating the current offering and always looking for opportunities to grow
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
Prior sales experience - preferably in a customer-focused environment
Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to exceed sales goals
Enthusiastic, energetic, and personable professional demeanour
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ambitious, hardworking and team-oriented
An appreciation of fitness and a balanced lifestyle
Must be able to work weekends and late evenings- flexibility is a must
Proficiency with MS applications (Word, Excel, etc), Apple Products, and Salesforce is a plus
