Hours: 25 - 30 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

We are supporting a well-established international retailer with the continued growth of their Cheshire Oaks store and are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant / Keyholder to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail professional who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, supporting store operations, and taking on additional responsibility as a keyholder.

The Role

As a Sales Assistant / Keyholder, you will play an important role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to every customer
Support the opening and closing of the store as a designated keyholder
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment, and inventory management
Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
Support the management team in achieving sales and store performance targets
Help create a positive and welcoming shopping environmentAbout You

Previous experience in a retail sales or customer-facing retail role is essential
Previous keyholder experience is desirable
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently when required
Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods
