Retail Sales Assistant - Part time

Looking to join a people-first environment where you can make someone’s day with a single box of doughnuts? Our kiosk stores are small but mighty — compact hubs filled with good vibes, friendly faces, and, of course, world-famous doughnuts.

As a valued team member, you’ll be the friendly face that customers see when they grab a sweet treat on the go — serving up fresh doughnuts and drinks with a smile, keeping the kiosk running smoothly, and making sure every guest walks away happy.

Kiosks are all about connection, independence, and delivering a big brand experience in a small space. This role does involve lone working at times, so you must be comfortable working independently — and for that reason, all candidates must be 18 or over.

If you enjoy creating feel-good moments, take pride in great service, and like the idea of working in a friendly, self-managed space, this could be the perfect fit for you. Full training is provided — just bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing
Join the team that brings smiles (and doughnuts) to life! As a team member, you’ll:
• Welcome every guest with a friendly face and genuine warmth
• Serve up our delicious doughnuts and drinks with confidence and care
• Recommend your favourite flavours and help guests find theirs
• Keep the store looking fresh, stocked, and ready for the next rush
• Jump in where needed—from the till to the display, and everywhere in between
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment

Who We’re Looking For
We’re on the lookout for someone who’s:
• 18 or over (due to lone-working responsibilities)
• Seeking part-time hours with the flexibility to work opening and closing shifts
• Available throughout the week, Monday to Sunday
• A natural team player with a passion for making someone’s day
• Positive, eager to learn, and ready to roll up their sleeves
• Dependable, enthusiastic, and brings good vibes wherever they go
