Retail Supervisor, Museum, West London, Part Time, Temporary, £16.00 per hour plus holiday pay

A world-renowned Museum in West London requires a part time Retail Supervisor.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Motivate and line manage the retail team
• Duty manage
• Provide an efficient and high standard of service
• Help to create and maintain visual merchandising
• Update daily, weekly and other sales reports, and cash count
• Operate the tills and ensure secure cash handling
• Regularly replenish stock

Key skills and experience required

• Demonstrable retail management experience
• Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others
• Aptitude and passion for an exceptional customer experience
• Experience meeting and exceeding revenue & KPI targets
• Strong attention to detail, with good financial acumen
