RG4 SUPPORT WORKERS/CARERS

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in the RG4 area. You will provide high-quality care and support to individuals, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs.

* Assist with daily living activities, including personal care where required.

* Support individuals with medication administration in line with company policies.

* Encourage independence and participation in social and community activities.

* Maintain accurate care records and reports.

* Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of service users.

* Build positive relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.

* Follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns appropriately.

Requirements

* Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Caring, patient, and reliable nature.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

* Right to work in the UK.

* Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred but not essential.

* Enhanced DBS check required.
