CLIENT ADVISOR - 1 YEAR FIX TERM CONTRACT

VERONA, VENETO

ABOUT:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Able to provide an excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book and after sales processes
• Able to maintain company standards at all times: supporting VM, stockroom activities and cash desk
• Being UpToDate with collections, deep knowledge of products, proactive and constructive attitude

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years’ experience in premium fashion, RTW experienced
• Good experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients
• Exceptional communication skills, energetic, responsible and autonomous character
• English language required

OFFERING:

• Basic Salary up to €25K
• Company benefits and commission scheme
• 1 year fix term contract
