Our client:

* London based FMCG challenger brand experiencing high growth and looking to hire a commercially minded sales administrator

* A growing consumer business in the UK with several brands and a good presence across major retail customers.

The role:

* We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support the commercial team and ensure smooth operational execution across global retail partners, distributors, and key commercial accounts.

* You will play a vital role maintaining account databases, setting up new listings, coordinating documentation, and supporting commercial operations.

* Responsibilities will include general Account / Commercial administration, sales reporting, customer queries & cross functional working.

The ideal Sales Administrator candidate:

* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

* Familiarity with vendor portals, customer data submission templates, or commercial databases is essential.

* You will be organised with a keen eye for detail! The business is fast paced and data driven, so you must have good experience with numbers.
