About the Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' shopping experience. You'll assist customers in discovering the ideal kitchen products while sharing your knowledge and passion for cooking. Your goal is to help them feel inspired and ready to create culinary masterpieces!

This is a 10hrs/week part-time role based in our York Store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with customers as the first point of contact.
• Provide personalised product recommendations based on individual customer needs.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Handle transactions efficiently and assist with returns and exchanges.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Passion for cooking and kitchenware is essential.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who is driven to achieve sales goals.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills for handling transactions.
