Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Our clients, an independent Estate Agency in North Manchester, are seeking a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This is a varied role, working in a close-knit team, available on a 4 or 5 day a week basis. This position benefits from no weekend working, competitive basic salary, and further incentives

Working hours for the successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator:

• Monday to Friday (No weekends)
• Role also available on a 4 day a week basis (pro rata on salary)

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator you will be offered:

• Basic salary ranging from £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)

Requirements for the role of Sales and Lettings Negotiator:

• Experience in Sales and Lettings
• Highly organised and a positive work ethic
• A great attitude and ability to deliver a high quality of work
• Be able to work well as part of a team and individually

• Property Viewings
• Sales Progression
• Following up leads
• Property Inspections
• Some administrative tasks
