• Location: Warrington HQ (Office-based, Flexible Hours)
• Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 pro-rata
• Pension, Healthcare, Birthday Off, Xmas Shutdown
• Working Hours: Flexible - 4 or 5 days per week (e.g 9:00am–3:00pm or alternative hours to suit personal commitments)

Key Responsibilities

• Uploading and managing client information within our CRM system
• Sending out marketing collateral such as emails, brochures, and LinkedIn messages
• Generating reports for the sales team, enabling effective follow-up and appointment setting
• Acting as the initial point of contact for clients, primarily through written communications
• No cold calling or proactive direct sales - your focus is ensuring smooth introductory outreach and process support

About You

• Previous experience using CRM systems is essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting information
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Organised, proactive, and able to independently manage your workload
• A team player, contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused culture
• Comfortable working in our Warrington HQ (this is a fully office-based role)
