Their extensive collection includes earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, brooches, and pearls. Notably, they also specialise in comfortable clip-on earrings, alongside a genuine freshwater pearl range.

• Working in a close-knit boutique setting, you will be expected to consult with customers, offer guidance, and drive sales.

• When not directly assisting clients, you will focus on maintaining impeccable in-store standards, ensuring all displays are pristine and inviting.

• Accuracy in in-store administration is crucial, as is a commitment to completing all assigned tasks thoroughly.

• Providing seamless customer service and care is key to success in this role.

• Previous experience in selling jewellery is essential.

• A strong interest in current fashion trends and an understanding of jewellery styling is expected.

• Confident in presenting unique selling points that reflect the client’s specialisms in manufacturing.

• A natural at link selling - able to inspire customers to build a versatile jewellery collection for every occasion.

• Clear understanding of the benefits of the product and confident in enhancing clients' comfort and confidence in wearing jewellery day and night.

• Excellent communication skills - a natural conversationalist with a genuine passion for sharing industry insights.
