We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our dynamic retail team in Keighley, United Kingdom. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

• Greet customers warmly and provide a sincere welcome, ensuring they know you're available to assist
• Ask open-ended questions to understand customer needs and preferences
• Recommend and locate appropriate merchandise based on customer requirements
• Inform customers about current in-store offers, promotions, and store cards
• Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Stay updated on the latest trends and maintain comprehensive product knowledge
• Create and maintain a customer-friendly environment at all times
• Deliver high-level customer service consistently
• Educate customers about our brand, products, and services
• Suggest alternatives and additional items to increase sales when appropriate
• Ensure store standards are met and the store is prepared for the next business day
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• This is a zero hr contract so hrs may vary from week to week
