Sales Assistant

Visit assigned locations, clients, and potential customers as directed by the sales team

* Promote and explain products or services in a clear and professional manner

* Generate new leads through direct customer interaction in the field

* Collect and record accurate customer and prospect information

* Support sales conversions by passing qualified leads to senior sales staff

* Assist with product demonstrations, sampling, or promotional activities

* Maintain and set up promotional materials where required

* Gather customer feedback and report market trends or competitor activity

* Complete daily or weekly visit reports and activity logs

* Update CRM systems or internal tracking tools with field data

* Communicate regularly with the sales team on progress and issues

* Follow company sales processes, compliance rules, and brand guidelines
