Sales Associate - 30hours per week

SALES ASSISTANT PART TIME - FRENCH LUXURY BRAND

BASED IN DEPARTMENT STORE - MUNICH - UP TO €28K

Responsibilities:

• Create a personalized and friendly in-store experience for clients
• Monitor the order lifecycle of customer orders. Communicate with our customers of any stock, payment, delivery queries
• Work with colleagues within e-commerce, retail and CRM in the management of all customer online shopping journeys
• Drive personal KPIs and increase sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Exhibit a strong passion for sales with a proven track record of reaching and exceeding targets
• Have a deep understanding of clientelling and the skillset to build solid relationship through SMS, email, phone
• 1+ year of retail sales assistant experience is required
• Fluent in English and German language

Offering:

• Basic Salary up to €28K per annum based on experience
• Monthly and yearly bonus up to 20%
