Salary: £25,000- £27,000 + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

Mulberry Recruitment is seeking a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our growing team in Camberley. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, relationship building, and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various sectors
• Arrange and attend client meetings to understand hiring needs
• Work with consultants to ensure successful recruitment delivery
• Achieve individual and team targets
