Sales Negotiator

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 1 in 3 Saturdays between 10am - 2pm
• Full-time or Part-time

The successful Sales Negotiator role will be offered:

• Upto £28,000 Basic salary
• £32,000 OTE
• Individual commission
• Holiday allowance increased with longevity

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role, you must have:

• Willingness to deliver top levels of customer service
• Experience in Estate Agency - minimum of 2 years
• A strong understanding of sales progression
• Excellent communication skills; interpersonal, written and verbal
• Driven and motivated individual
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:

• Booking viewings
• Dealing with offers
• Registering applicants
• Progressing offers through to exchange and completion
• Generating new business
