Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: Solihull
Basic salary: £25,000 (pro rata)
OTE: £30,000+
Working Hours: Part-time, flexible options:

Friday & Saturday
or
Friday, Saturday, Sunday,
OR
Saturday, Sunday, Monday

We are seeking a proactive and customer-driven Sales Negotiator to join our estate agency team in Solihull on a part-time basis

Role Summary:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a critical role in our agency, contributing to our high volume of 1,000 daily calls and our mission to provide unparalleled service to our clients. Your role will include managing property viewings, negotiating offers, and providing a seamless journey for our clients from listing to sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and manage a high volume of property viewings, ensuring each potential buyer has an outstanding experience.
  • Manage, negotiate, and facilitate offers, working with both buyers and sellers to secure the best outcomes.
  • Support our customer service ethos by delivering friendly, efficient, and professional service in every interaction.
  • Maintain property records and client communications in an organized, timely manner.
  • Contribute to team goals and support an inclusive, collaborative environment where everyone shares in our success.
