Our client is Leed’s biggest and best decorative lighting store and they have a strong growing team of dedicated individuals that go the extra mile to make sure their customers receive a world class shopping experience. In order to offer this service, the in-store staff need to be motivated, confident, able to communicate well and be passionate about a career in sales.

The sales staff are driven with both personal and departmental targets. This is reflected within the salary incentives that can be achieved through this. The company prides itself on a fast-free delivery service. They believe they are the No.1 choice of designer lighting direct from the manufacturer to the public.

They are currently looking for a focused and driven full time Sales person to join their busy team.

The Role

• Encourage the growth of a top performance team through selling to targets whilst maintaining the highest customer service standards.
• Be a role model with your team with your own selling and high customer service standards.
• Encourage the growth of top performance.
• Support your Manager and team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals.
• Maintain store visual standards.
• Adhering to all cash handling and security procedures.
• Provide support to other local branches as and when required.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to drive sales
• Friendly Face to face experience with customers
• Preferred background in sales
• Excellent customer service skills
• Immaculately presented and representative of their high-quality lighting brand, in every way
