Responsibilities

* Prepare a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and salads according to established recipes and customer specifications

* Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including kitchen surfaces and equipment

* Serve customers efficiently and courteously, taking orders accurately

* Upsell additional menu items to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities

* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service

* Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts

* Follow health and safety guidelines at all times, including proper handling of food and cleaning procedures
