Saturday Receptionist

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a trusted, well established and growing estate agents, based in East Bristol, with the appointment of a Saturday Receptionist to join their team. Their offices are incredibly modern and inviting, based in the heart of a thriving area in Bristol.

As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth communication within the office. Working hours are every Saturday, 9-5, with the possibility of increasing hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
• Greeting and assisting clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Responding to emails promptly and professionally
• Booking and managing appointments for viewings and valuations
• Providing administrative support to the sales and lettings teams
• Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area

Requirements:

• Confident phone manner and strong organisational ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email systems
• Reliable and punctual with a strong attention to detail
