Scheme Manager – Housing Association – About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment is excited to work with a well-established housing association in Surrey in their search for a Scheme Manager on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the successful management of housing schemes. The role will be paying between £33130 per annum FTE on a part time basis of 17.5 hours a week.

Scheme Manager – Housing Association – About The Role:

• To ensure residents over 55 are able to live independently within sheltered and general housing using assistive technology
• To assist in the letting process to ensure appropriate lettings to minimise void levels
• To carry out tenant daily wellbeing calls and checks based on assessed risk that promotes independence
• Offering advice and guidance to residents on keeping the property to a reasonable condition

Scheme Manager – Housing Association – What You Need:

• Experience in Social Housing; managing tenancies, rents, resident well-being, repairs, resident engagement and health + safety compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, colleagues, and external stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience of completing assessments and developing support plans with targets and outcomes for clients
