School Administrator - Secondary School, Bury
Pay: £90 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a well-regarded Secondary School in Bury who are seeking to appoint an organised and professional School Administrator to join their busy office team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in administration, accounting, or reception work to take on a varied role in a school environment. Applicants without prior administrative or reception-based experience will not be considered.

About the role:

Managing daily school office duties, including telephone and email correspondence.

Supporting staff, pupils, and parents with general enquiries.

Maintaining accurate records and updating school systems.

Assisting with finance and attendance administration as required.

Providing a friendly and professional reception service for visitors.

Experience with SIMS or Arbor is highly desirable. If you have not previously used these school systems, we can offer full training - a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable, transferable skills.

The successful candidate will have:

Previous administration, reception or accounting experience.

Strong IT and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

A positive, professional, and flexible attitude.

This post is offered on a full-time basis and will start as soon as possible.
