School Cleaner

Supply Heroes are looking for School cleaners to support with the maintenance and upkeep of one of our Primary Schools in Sparkbrook, Birmingham. The school are looking for someone to step into this position, working 5 days a week, with minimal training due to the work being outside of school hours, and so prior experience in general cleaning is required for this role.

The successful applicant will be required to have to sufficient knowledge in using cleaning equipment, and be able to stay organised to follow the schools code on using the correct equipment in the appropriate locations around school – this involves mopping, disinfecting, dealing with waste, etc. The role will come with the responsibility of managing the cleanliness of at least 4 classrooms and their toilets, to allow a safe, tidy learning environment for pupils of the school.

This will be an ongoing position, working Monday-Friday, 3:30pm – 6:00pm, with the potential of developing into a permanent, long-term position with the school.
