School Cleaner

CSS Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well maintained primary school in Braintree for a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to join its friendly premises team.

Working alongside two other cleaners each morning, you will help keep the school clean, welcoming and ready for pupils and staff.

Key responsibilities:

* Carry out daily cleaning tasks to a high standard.

* Maintain a clean and hygienic environment throughout the school.

* Work with the premises team to complete tasks efficiently.

* Support deep cleaning during the summer holidays.

We are looking for someone who:

* Takes pride in their work and has good attention to detail.

* Has a flexible approach and can work on their own initiative.

* Can manage several tasks and work calmly under pressure.

* Enjoys working as part of a team.

* Is punctual, enthusiastic and hardworking.

Appointment is subject to safer recruitment procedures, including satisfactory references, medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check.

Hours: 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6:00am–8:30am
Working pattern: Term time, with additional hours during the summer holidays for deep cleaning
