What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervising classrooms during teachers' absences, ensuring students stay focused and on task
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and supporting student learning
• Maintaining a positive, calm, and productive classroom environment
• Managing behaviour confidently and effectively, in line with school policies
• Reporting back to teaching staff with feedback on the day's activities

What We're Looking For:
