Job Description - School Support Worker

School Support Worker - A Great opportunity in the education and training sector for Aspiring Clinical or Youth Justice Professionals

Join us in Kempston as a School Support Worker, where you'll support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs as a School Support Worker in the education and training . This role offers invaluable frontline experience highly regarded by NHS clinical teams and youth offending services alike.

Position: School Support Worker

Location: Kempston

Pay: £460 - £500 per week

Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 3:30pm

  • A compassionate, reliable adult role model who can provide consistent support for young people facing complex challenges

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD
  • Working alongside school clinical teams to implement tailored support strategies
  • Assisting in delivering individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Promoting a safe, inclusive, and emotionally supportive learning environment
