The Role:

As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting students aged 11-16, helping them to succeed both academically and socially. You may work 1:1 with students, support small groups, or assist within the classroom environment.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Experience working with secondary-aged students (in schools, youth work, tutoring, coaching, etc.)
• A genuine interest in education and helping young people thrive
• Confidence and adaptability in a busy school environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
