Secretary

Our brand new client with offices based in Kettering is seeking a Part Time Secretary to join them on a permanent basis working 20-30 hours per week Monday - Friday between the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm. As Part Time Secretary, you will be responsible for producing letters, reports and documentation by way of copy and audio typing, providing administrative support, diary management and dealing with customer queries by telephone, email and post. To be considered for the role of Part Time Secretary, you will have typing speeds of 65WPM +, experience of audio and copy typing, (shorthand would be advantageous) you will be proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint and have excellent communication and organisation skills. Salary for 20 hours would be from £13,520 - £15,600 Salary for 30 hours would be from £20,280 - £23,400 Send your CV now for consideration.
