About the Role

Britsafe is seeking a professional and approachable Reception Security Concierge to manage front-of-house operations at a leading door manufacturing facility. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and manage all visitors and contractors entering the site

• Ensure proper sign-in and booking on the visitor management system

• Respond to calls and direct inquiries appropriately

• Maintain accurate site attendance records for roll call in emergencies

• Provide a visible, courteous security presence at reception

• Current SIA Licence – required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic IT proficiency

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure
