Role Highlights:

• Support students (KS2-KS5) 1:1 or in small groups
• Assist with academic, sensory, and emotional development
• Deliver flexible, outdoor-focused learning
• Build strong relationships and support behaviour management

What You'll Need:

• Experience with SEN/SEMH (preferred)
• Calm, empathetic, and adaptable nature
• Willingness to work outdoors year-round
• DBS (or willingness to obtain)
