We're working with a friendly and growing small accountancy practice in Lingfield to find an ambitious Practice Accountant who's ready to take on a new challenge within a small, but forever growing practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a close-knit team, gain hands-on experience across a broad range of accountancy tasks, and grow with the business as it continues to develop.

With a strong focus on personal client service and professional development, you'll get involved in all aspects of practice work-preparing accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships, managing VAT, CIS, and tax returns, supporting bookkeeping and payroll, and working directly with clients to offer valuable insights and advice. You'll be using industry-leading platforms like Xero, QuickBooks, and Dext to help deliver efficient, tech-driven services.

What we're looking for:

• AAT qualified or ACCA part-qualified (or qualified by experience)
• At least 18 months' experience in an accountancy practice
• Comfortable using IRIS or similar accounts production software
• Friendly, approachable, and confident in dealing with clients
• Interested in cloud accounting and continuous professional growth
