At Aspire People, we are on the lookout for a Behaviour Specialist who will support the Heads of School and Deputy Headteachers with Behaviour Management across a successful school Trust. This is a senior position in the Trust and is part of the Trust Central Team/Senior Leadership Team. As such the Trust Behaviour & Relationship Specialist, in addition to their principal responsibilities, will also contribute to whole school development, the ethos and core values of the school. This position will also be the Team Teach Lead for both schools.
