We are currently recruiting Mentors to support children and young people across Dorset and Wiltshire through personalised 1:1 mentoring programmes. Working in partnership with Local Authorities, you'll support students who require alternative educational provision and benefit from consistent, positive role models.

Rather than focusing on academic attainment, these roles centre around building confidence, developing engagement, supporting emotional wellbeing, and helping young people overcome barriers to education. Many learners require support to re-engage with learning, develop routines, and improve their overall wellbeing.

Who We're Looking For
A minimum of 6 months' experience working in an educational setting Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Mentors, Cover Supervisors, Teachers, Tutors, and other education professionals Individuals with a patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach Strong relationship-building and communication skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
