Salary: £85 - £95 per day

Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

We are working with exceptional SEN schools in the education and training across Ware that support children with a wide range of educational and social needs. These schools are seeking passionate SEN Teaching Assistants committed to empowering students to reach their full potential through dedicated teaching and support.

Ideal for Graduates: Particularly those with aspirations in Clinical Psychology, Youth Work, or Care experience

This position offers a chance to gain valuable experience in challenging environments, supporting children with complex behaviours. De-escalation techniques and effective communication will play a key role in your success in this role.

What we're looking for:

• Personal or professional experience with children or young people is advantageous, though not essential.
• A caring, energetic, and enthusiastic approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teaching and support staff within Ware schools.
• Passion for helping children and young people with special educational needs thrive.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS (on the update service) or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 or higher Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification.
• Ideally based locally to Ware.
