Teaching Assistant - SEN Experience (Ad Hoc Work)

Working Pattern: Minimum 3 days per week (ad hoc basis)

Tradewind Education is currently recruiting flexible and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Camden on an ad hoc basis from September 2025. This is a great opportunity for experienced TAs seeking flexible work while making a meaningful impact in inclusive school settings.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Proven experience supporting pupils with SEN in UK primary schools (essential)

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills

• A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to supporting learning

• Confidence working 1:1 and in small groups with children with diverse needs
