We are currently recruiting passionate and reliable SEN Teaching Assistants to support schools with long-term, short-term and permanent staffing requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

* Supporting pupils academically, socially and emotionally

* Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery

* Providing 1:1 support where required

* Supporting pupils with SEND needs

* Helping maintain a positive and engaging learning environment

* Assisting with classroom preparation and learning resources

* Building positive relationships with pupils and staff

Requirements:

* Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred

* Experience working within a school environment

* Experience supporting SEND pupils is desirable

* Positive, proactive and engaging attitude

* Strong communication and behaviour management skills

* Ability to commute to schools across Leicester/Leicestershire

* Available from 8:20am onwards
