SENCO - West Berkshire

A friendly and well-organised primary school in West Berkshire is looking for an experienced SENCO (Part-Time) to join the team from September 2025. This SENCO role in West Berkshire will involve working 2-3 days a week to oversee SEND provision.

As a SENCO in West Berkshire, you will:

• Coordinate EHCPs, referrals and reviews for pupils with SEND

• Support teachers and TAs with inclusive strategies in the classroom

• Liaise with external agencies and parents in the West Berkshire community

• Take a proactive role in ensuring SEND pupils make excellent progress

• Holds the NASENCO qualification (or is working towards it)

• Has in-depth experience supporting a wide range of needs
