Job Description - SEND Case officer

Are you an experienced SEN Case worker/SENco/SEN Teacher?

We are seeking a person able to convene and chair annual reviews for a caseload of individuals for whom the Local Authority is responsible for. This would include Elective Home Educated children/young people, Children subject to Education Other than at School/College and young people not in Education, Employment and Training.
The successful candidate will be familiar with the annual review process, decision making around annual reviews and able to amend EHCPs.
Training and Induction will be given on council processes.
