Providing tailored support to pupils with varying SEND needsPromoting inclusion and building pupil confidence in the classroomSupporting teachers with adapting lessons and managing behaviourWorking closely with SENCOs and other professionals
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an SENDFamiliarity with EHCPs and strategies for supporting pupils with ASD, SEMH, or other needsPatience, creativity, and excellent communication skillsA relevant TA qualification is a bonus, but not essential.
