SEND Teacher

Pay: £130 - £210 per day (pro rata)

Romano Education is recruiting a highly skilled and compassionate SEND Teacher for a part-time role in a specialist provision based in Bamber Bridge. This rewarding SEND Teacher opportunity is ideal for someone with a background in special education.

The successful SEND Teacher will work with a small group of pupils with complex needs, creating tailored lesson plans, supporting EHCP targets, and working closely with therapists and support staff. As a SEND Teacher, you’ll be pivotal in providing high-quality, inclusive education.

Requirements for the SEND Teacher role:

• QTS and previous experience as a SEND Teacher or in a similar SEND setting

• Knowledge of differentiated planning and SEN strategies

• Patience, empathy and excellent communication skills
