Leading SEND School seeking committed, empathetic, and collaborative teachers to join our Secondary Phase team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transformational development journey of a specialist school for pupils aged 4-19 with a range of special educational needs, including PMLD, SLD, and ASD.

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to students with special educational needs within the Secondary phase.
• Collaborate with a team of teachers and support staff to enhance the educational experience and meet the individual needs of each student.
• Participate in the ongoing development and implementation of the school’s curriculum and teaching strategies.
• Engage in continuous professional development to improve teaching practices and outcomes for students.
• Support the school’s ethos and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in special educational needs (SEND) is highly desirable, though candidates from a mainstream secondary background with a passion for SEND are also encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to the evolving needs of the school and its students.
