Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? Do you thrive in nurturing, tailored environments where every achievement is celebrated? If so, we want to hear from you!

We're looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team, working closely with a young person with an Educational, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). • Helping to implement EHCP objectives through engaging and structured programmes.

  • Supporting the young person's social, emotional and educational development using an emotion coaching approach.

  • Collaborating with families, professionals, and external agencies to drive meaningful progress.

  • Experience supporting children or young people with complex needs in educational settings
  • A strong understanding of SEND legislation and the needs of learners with disabilities
  • The ability to engage and motivate learners while maintaining clear, structured routines
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Personal Qualities:
  • Positive, flexible and resilient - even on challenging days

  • A genuine passion for inclusive education and child development

  • Able to work independently and take initiative, while being a team player

  • Committed to continuous professional development

Ready to inspire, support, and grow alongside a young person who needs your guidance?
