What you'll need to succeed
Ability to build trusting relationships with children to encourage confidence and engagement.
Understanding of SEND practices, including strategies for behaviour support and inclusive learning.
Basic knowledge of Education, Health and Care Plans and how to work towards pupil-specific outcomes.
