We are actively building our team ahead of the new academic year and can offer both ongoing and long-term placements.

Are you currently working as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or SEND Support Worker and looking for a role that offers greater flexibility, variety and autonomy?

As a 1:1 SEND Tutor and Learning Mentor, you will work directly with individual students who are unable to attend mainstream school, providing personalised tuition and educational support tailored to their individual needs.

Our students may be of primary or secondary age and can present with:

Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

Anxiety and emotionally based school avoidance
Medical needs
Learning difficulties and additional educational needsSessions are typically delivered within the student's home environment, with a parent or carer present throughout.
