Senior Accountant

A small longstanding chartered firm of accountants are currently seeking to add another Senior Accountant to the team based in Bagshot, Surrey on a part time basis (25-30 hours). This role is suitable for someone who has carried out the year end process from start to submission within a practice and is a great communicator. The role is offering up to £57,000 alongside other benefits in this hybrid part time position.

The senior Accountant will predominantly be getting involved with preparation of accounts, business and personal tax returns whilst offering advice and a great level of service to their dedicated portfolio of clients.

Managing a portfolio of OMB SME's your main responsibilities will be:

• Preparation of company financial statements
• Preparation of personal tax returns
• Preparation of partnership accounts and returns
• Preparation of corporation tax returns
• Review of financial statements

• ACCA / ACA qualified or Finalists with good overall experience (QBE)
• Experience working within an accountancy practice
• Experience producing accounts and personal tax returns
• Within a commutable distance to Bagshot

• £50,000 - £57,000 per annum FTE
• 25 - 30 hours per week
• Paid overtime or an option to take it in lieu
• Hybrid working for 50% of the week
• Flexible working hours
• Monthly allowances for phone and use of home
