Location: Remote (occasional visits to the London office in Lambeth North)
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £16ph
Contract Length: 2 months - potential to be extended further
Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 3pm

Are you a well-organised and proactive individual? Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to support their upcoming exciting campaign! This is a crucial role that ensures smooth communication and coordination within their team and with external partners. Your contributions will make a real difference! ??

Key Responsibilities:

• Take accurate and concise minutes during campaign meetings, sharing them promptly.??
• Monitor the shared campaign inbox, addressing urgent issues and forwarding emails as needed
• Maintain and update action trackers, ensuring timely follow-ups on tasks
• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing shared documents ??
• Facilitate internal communications and coordination among staff, volunteers, and partners

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in minute-taking
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
